Bao’s research will continue at SHISU. Currently he is working on topics in the following general areas:
1. Theoretical linguistics
2. Contact linguistics, with a focus on the structural basis of contact-induced change
3. Clinical linguistics, with a focus on memory and language
Bao hopes to make his contribution to research at SHISU, and would like to work with students on any language-related topics in the three areas listed above.
